Who Am I ?

My name is Jeremy Alles and I’m a 28 years old guy living in Grenoble in France (see the Where Am I? section for more details !).

I’m a software engineer specialized in Microsoft Technologies in general: WPF, Silverlight, Windows Phone, Windows 8, Visual Studio… I blog since july 2008 in order to share stuff I discover during my day job and to have feedback or discussions with other members of the community.

Where Am I ?

I’m currently living in Grenoble, a city of about 150 000 inhabitants. Grenoble is famous for being close to many ski resorts and because of the Olympics Games of 1968 which took place here.

How did I get there ?

I started programming when I was 16 years old and I soon as I graduate from secondary school I decided to find a master where I’d be able to study computer science. I graduated in 2008 and since then joined a company in order to do consulting for .Net related technologies.
